As wedding officiant, I work with you to make your Wedding Ceremony fun, romantic & uniquely personalized, whether it is a Church wedding, Restaurant, Hotel, Backyard, an Asheville brewery or BBQ, Grove Park Inn, Biltmore Estate, or elopement in the NC Mountains.
With over 500 weddings experience, I try to absorb any stress related to the ceremony itself, working with you or your on site coordinator, and I’ll work onsite with your DJ, photographers, etc. so you and your party are free to laugh, cry with joy, and celebrate. When guests are laughing, they are open, and that allows the emotional moments of the ceremony to resonate most beautifully.
Unique Celebrations - Incredible Locations
Most couples opt for my Greatest Wedding Package, fully customized and personalized or I can do an elopement ceremony for just of the two of you, or a Catholic, Christian, or Jewish inspired event for a few hundred guests. I can bring a mic and speakers if needed, and recommend mini-ceremony add-ins like Potion/Wine/Earth or Sand Blending, Mother’s Rose, Hand Fasting, Unity Candle, Lei Exchange, 13 Coins, Veil and Lasso, Jump the Broom, Break Glass, etc.
A lover of languages, I can do portions of ceremony in German, Spanish, or Russian, weave in phrases in Korean, Mandarin, Arabic, French, Hawaiian, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or any language or accent you request into the ceremony, enough to make any guests not entirely fluent in English, feel honored and included. The right design of ceremony will come from you, as I listen to what you need, and we create your ceremony together.

I was writing, directing, producing, and performing interactive theatre for 20 years, customizing every performance, with over 1500 events as Host, EmCee, or Auctioneer. For an adventurous wedding, choose a Cowboy, Elvis, Cheesehead, PT Barnum, 1920s era Gangster, a Film Director in Top Hat and Tails, a Vampire (is that the same thing?), The Clergyman from The Princess Bride (pictured at left), or any character we create together, we can build a truly one-of-a-kind celebration.
